Description: With Fleet Feet's Long Run Training Program, you'll find a holistic training plan and group to help you cross the finish line of a Full or Half Marathon feeling empowered. We're gearing up for the Spring Marathon and Half Marathon Training by targeting the Glass City Marathon and Half Marathon. We know that Half & Full Marathon training isn't just about logging miles. It's about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. We'll help you find joy in the process and training, and with our comprehensive training plan, you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn and improve together, with plenty of support along the way.

Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8:00am
Program Fee: $65 (not including race fee)
Description: No Boundaries 5K Training Program is made for beginners, no experience needed. We ease into running with plenty of walk breaks and encouragement along the way. You will make friends, finish a 5K and realize you are capable of more than you thought. No stress, no pressure. Just progress.
