That’s what you’ll find in Fleet Feet’s Half Marathon Training Program in partnership with ASICS.
With two supported workouts each week, beginner and intermediate training tiers and running coaches who bring real expertise to every step, you’ll have what you need to train with purpose and finish with confidence.
About this Half Marathon Program
- Start Date: July 27th, 2026
- Program Schedule: Supported Group Workouts on Wednesdays at 6:00pm at Fleet Feet Toledo and Saturdays at 7:00am at local area metro parks.
- Program Length: 12 weeks (with optional 5 week build starting June 20th)
- Goal Race: Columbus Nationwide Children's Half Marathon OR Detroit Free Press Half Marathon
- Fee: $115 early bird pricing (increases on 5/16), $130 full price
Half Marathon Training Program Levels
Training for a half marathon looks different for everyone. Some runners are building on their running experience, while others are stepping into this distance for the first time. To help you train at the right level, this program offers two training paths for marathon training.
Level 1 is designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 20 miles per week and feel comfortable running 4-6 miles at a time.
Level 2 is designed for runners who have an established routine average of around 25 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable running 6-8 miles and are looking to build on a previous half marathon experience.
